Founded in 2024 with one client and a clear ambition.
JD Talent began tentatively as JD Talent Management — with a goal to build an agency that felt personal, modern and genuinely connected to the industry. Today, rebranded simply as JD Talent, that ambition still leads everything we do.
Since then, the agency has grown into a focused, forward-thinking home for performers working across theatre, screen, live entertainment and commercial work. Our clients have been booked in musicals, theatre tours, pantomimes, cruise ships, international commercials, film, television, motion capture and holiday parks — with work spanning the UK, USA, Finland, Cyprus, Greece, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and beyond.
At our heart is a personal, performer-led approach. We believe representation should feel collaborative, honest and human — not formal, distant or transactional. Every client is treated as an individual, never just another name in a system, with a focus on building careers in a way that feels considered, current and true to the performer.

Jordan Deadman is a British performer, agent and founder of JD Talent.
Trained at Laine Theatre Arts in London, Jordan has built an international career across theatre, television, cruise and large-scale musical productions. His work has taken him across the UK, USA, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, giving him a broad understanding of the performing arts industry from both a creative and professional perspective.
Jordan grew up in Dorset and began dancing and performing at the age of four, training at Quay Theatre Arts. While there, he performed at Dance Proms at the Royal Albert Hall in London. After graduating from Laine Theatre Arts, he went on to work internationally with Carnival Cruise Line in the USA and appeared in GREASE for Royal Caribbean. Since 2023, he has worked extensively within the German-speaking theatre industry, with credits including FLASHDANCE as Swing and Assistant Dance Captain at Theater am Potsdamer Platz Berlin and on tour across Germany, Austria and Switzerland; DIE SCHÖNE UND DAS BIEST at Deutsches Theater München and on tour; WE WILL ROCK YOU in Amstetten; SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER at Seefestspiele Mörbisch; WEST SIDE STORY as Gee-Tar and ASCHENBRÖDELS TRAUM at Volksoper Wien; DER SCHOKOLADENSOLDAT in Blindenmarkt; and L’OPERA SERIA at Theater an der Wien. He is currently appearing in Disney’s DIE SCHÖNE UND DAS BIEST as Ensemble / Cover Lefou. His screen work includes MASTERS OF THE AIR for Apple TV as a Special Action Artist.
Alongside his work as a performer, Jordan founded JD Talent to offer thoughtful, personal and industry-conscious representation for performers.
His experience as a working performer directly shapes the way he works as an agent. Having been inside audition rooms, rehearsal processes, touring productions and long-running contracts himself, Jordan understands the realities performers face — the pressure of auditions and self-tapes, the importance of clear communication, the demands of rehearsal rooms, the detail of contracts, and the uncertainty that can come with freelance work.
This first-hand knowledge allows Jordan to approach representation with both empathy and strategy. He understands that every performer’s career is different, and that good management is not only about securing work, but about helping clients make considered decisions, build strong professional relationships and develop long-term careers with clarity and confidence.
JD Talent was created with a focused, hands-on approach. Jordan works closely with each client, offering honest guidance, personal support and a clear understanding of the industry from both sides. His aim is to represent performers with care, ambition and individuality — supporting not only the jobs they book, but the careers they are building.
